Running the Numbers by Chris Jordan
This set of images by Chris Jordan is just amazing. Each image shows a specific statistic/quantity (two million plastic beverage bottles for example – the number used in the US every five minutes) in large intricately detailed prints put together with thousands of smaller photographs. Seeing it represented in this way is truly mind boggling

Unique Paper Art by Simon Schubert
Simon Schubert uses just paper folds to create a two-dimensional room or building on a sheet of paper. I find origami quite an impressive art but this is paper-folding on a unique level. His website is not in English but all you need to see is the images.
Spam Architecture
I always enjoy seeing creative ways of visualising data and Alex Dragulescu’s Spam Architecture is another great example.

Audi D7
The Audi D7 is a revolutionary concept car made by Iranian designer Kave Naser Bakht and was shown at the 2009 “From dream to reality” Expo in Tehran. The D7 is a sports model with an electric motor and the most interesting element in its design is the continuous LED line that forms and joins the head and tail lights. This light really gives the car a unique identity. I want one!
Dirty Car Art
No it’s not the art that’s dirty, it’s the cars. Scott Wade has taken the ‘Wash Me’ joke to a whole new level. These drawings have some amazing detail – all on the rear windows of dirty cars.
Retro game sprites on image backgrounds
Now here’s a creative set of images to take you back to the old Nintendo days. Games such as Street Fighter, Yohsi’s Island, Donkey Kong, Outrun and Excite Bike (remember that one?) all cleverly remade. Ahhh the nostalgia. eBay here I come!
