About Me. Ben Kanizay.
In a nutshell, I’m a creative developer. Starting out as a designer with some animation chops, I soon wanted to actually build the stuff I was designing. It seemed like more of a challenge, and it was. But along with the pulling out of much hair (hence my bald head!) it’s also a heck of a lot of fun.
Over the years I’ve spent most of my time, and still do, honing my Actionscript skills but have ended up with some other tricks up my sleeve, mostly web-dev acronyms like PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, JS and few others. Speaking of acronymns, FDT is my tool of choice and I have no idea how I did Flash development without it.
I have an awesome wife who I truly, madly and deeply love (go on, vomit a little in your mouth) and totally enjoy being a dad to our two kids. I also bash away on a drumkit when I get a chance.
